Statement of Licensing Policy 2017

Our Statement of Licensing Policy explains how we will carry out our role under The Licensing Act 2003, during the next five years.

This policy is a key document when delivering the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003. However, all decisions relating to licences will be made on the merits of the individual case, having regard to this policy as part of the decision-making process.
