Housing Asset Management Plan 2025-2030
This Housing Asset Management Plan has been developed to enable the safe, efficient, and effective management of council homes.
It provides a framework through, which the investment and improvement commitments set out within the council’s Housing Revenue Account Business Plan 2022 – 2052 will be implemented. This plan and the overarching Housing Revenue Account Business Plan will be updated on an annual basis.
