We are currently unable to accept any bulky waste collection bookings for fridges or freezers. This is because the disposal facility used by Leicestershire County Council has temporarily reached full capacity. All other bulky items remain unaffected and can continue to be booked using the online form.
Garden waste
We offer a garden waste collection service, through our contractors Biffa.
This is called the 'Green Waste Club' and is an optional subscription service for residents who would like regular garden waste collections.

As this is an optional service it is run and managed separately to our general waste and recycling collections and our Customer Service team may not be able to support you with your request.
