Christmas Light Switch on is cancelled due to high winds but market will still go ahead

Due to high winds forecast over the weekend, Melton Borough Council, Melton BID and Melton Mowbray Town Estate have made the tough decision to alter some of the Christmas events planned this weekend to ensure the safety of the public.
