Face-to-face

If you would like to speak to a member of our Customer Services Team, we operate a drop in service at our Parkside offices during the following times:

Monday – Friday
Morning session: 9.30am–12noon
Afternoon session: 2pm–4.30pm (except Wednesdays, which operates 2pm–4pm)

If your call is outside our opening hours and is an emergency you should call 01664 502 502 but select option 1 to speak to our emergency contact centre.
