Community Support Hub (Phoenix House)

The Community Support Hub offers support services to resident of Melton. In particularly to those most vulnerable in our community, who face multiple barriers.

There are a wide range of services available and the hub offers tailored support to residents, focused on building resilience and independence within the local community, to ultimately inspire a healthier, happier community.

The hub is based at our Phoenix House building and we work with a number of partners to offer this support to you.
