Please note when submitting a representation, we are obliged to pass your name and contact details to the applicant unless you have informed us of a genuine reason why this should not happen. For example, fear of intimidation or violence.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
