You will be a strong team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues, partners and stakeholders, whilst also being confident to work independently. We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills, who is able to deliver high-quality work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

A high level of digital literacy and a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications are essential, alongside the ability to create engaging content for a range of channels, including social media, websites and internal communications. Graphic design, photography, video creation or video editing skills would be highly desirable

This opportunity would be ideal for a creative and enthusiastic individual with previous experience of planning and delivering communications and engagement activities. You will have a passion to continuously improve the services we provide to our communities and help our residents stay informed, engaged and connected to the council.

Why join us ?
