We are looking for someone who can bring fresh thinking, lead through complexity and wear multiple hats - all while staying grounded in humanity. The right person will be able to innovate and drive improvement, make tough decisions when needed, and still hold on to the compassion and empathy that sit at the heart of excellent community leadership.

•    Take the lead on domestic abuse housing responses and resettlement programmes.

About You

The successful candidate will have:
•    Significant experience in housing options and homelessness services.
•    In-depth knowledge of homelessness legislation and case management.
•    Strong leadership and team management skills.
•    Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
•    A proactive, innovative approach to problem-solving.
•    Good IT skills and familiarity with housing systems.
•    A housing qualification is desirable, but not essential.

A thorough working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications is key, and you will have an excellent working knowledge of excel and databases and be able to produce detailed reports as well as be able to maintain and update   electronic information systems in accordance with data protection regulations. A working knowledge and understanding of housing related matters would be advantageous.

You’ll enjoy a supportive environment, opportunities for professional development, and the chance to shape services that truly impact our community.
