Voids and Responsive Repairs Officer
There is never a dull moment in Local Government and certainly not in housing. This is an opportunity to join the Housing Assets Team a voids and responsive repairs officer, staying true to our mission of Helping People, Shaping Places. With our C1 grading from the Regulator of Social Housing in September 2026. We have confidence in our journey so far and in the plans, we have to enter the next chapter for housing at Melton Borough Council.
As part of our Housing Asset Team, the role will directly support the Repairs and Void Manager. You will complete inspections and respond to customer reports ensuring homes meet the required standard. All part of our continuous improvement of the Council’s repairs service, and associated delivery arrangements, projects and programmes of work.
