Council invests in improved maintenance of corporate assets
Residents across the Melton borough will benefit from improved maintenance of council-owned assets following the appointment of new repairs and maintenance contractor, Merisons Ltd.
Under the new contract, the Council is taking a proactive approach to maintaining corporate facilities across the borough, including car parks, allotments and buildings, through a combination of planned and preventative works alongside responsive and outstanding repairs.
Leicestershire based contractor Merisons bring a wealth of experience to this partnership with Melton Borough Council, having delivered a wide range of similar projects across both the public and commercial sectors. Merisons strong alignment with the council’s values scored highly during the procurement process, and the company is committed to delivering meaningful social value through projects across the borough.
