You will be able to identify root causes in complex cases and guide residents towards practical and sustainable solutions.

You will have experience advocating on behalf of residents and working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies. You will remain calm and focused when dealing with emergencies or situations that escalate quickly, providing clear guidance and reassurance.

You will liaise effectively with Melton Borough Council colleagues, senior management and partner services. You will be self‑motivated, flexible and able to use your own initiative, while maintaining a professional image at all times.
