Housing inspection update

Following the Regulator of Social Housing inspection, the council was awarded a C2 grade which confirms that the council  provided assurance that it met the consumer standards in many areas, but for one of the standards, there were areas where the council was at an earlier stage and needed to further develop to ensure consistently strong outcomes for tenants.

Visit our housing inspection update page for an update on progress with our improvement plan.
